     1. INSTALLING THE PLUGIN

To install the plugin, unzip the files into the Morrowind/Data Files
directory. 

UPDATE: This plugin was developed using version 1.2.0722 of Morrowind.
It should run correctly on other versions but has not been tested.

     2. PLAYING THE PLUGIN

*****************************************************************

From the Morrowind Launcher, select Data Files and check the box 
next to the Japanese_House.esp file.

This mod adds the Morrowind equivalent of a japanese style house 
with a garden, pond and dojo out back. The house is located on an
island North of Vivec, Foreign Quarter, very close to both silt 
strider and boat travel and not too far from the mages guild. A bridge
leading to the house has been attached to the dock where you board
the ship. There is an attic with ample storage space and a basement 
with a small trophy room and a secret door which leads to a tunnel 
under the river which is the only access an old tower with an altar 
to Azura at the top. (no point to it just for fun :P)

This mod also includes my Japanese Armor mod, but I have converted 
all textures to .dds format, so there will be doubles of most of the
armor textures if you have already installed the armor mod. This won't 
hurt anything, just wastes a little hard drive space. Deleting the .bmp 
textures which were installed with the armor mod before installing 
this one will solve that. (all my textures begin with SS_)

Also included are the Katana, Wakizashi, and Nodachi from Karstux's
japanese swords mod. This will alter all katanas, wakizashis and 
dai-katanas in the game to look more japanese.

V1.1 adds some of Lord Yig's Asian art prints and screens as well as
sliding shoji doors. Tatami floor mat textures have been toned down
as they were a little loud and walls have been re-textured to better
match Lord Yig's screens, which were used to create some walls and 
sliding doors.

Unintentional alchemy and enchantment changes (changes to the fists 
of randgulf and helm of oreyn bearclaw) which somehow made it into 
the earlier versions have been removed, as well as Auriel's Bow which
somehow ended up on the wall of the trophy room. *whistles innocently*

V1.2 fixes a problem which was causing the sliding doors to not work 
for some people, adds a second door to the sleeping area allowing players
to open up that area more if they desire, adds Ghost Who Walks' working 
practice dummy to the dojo (modified to regen health so it doesn't "die"), 
and replaces the tables in the trophy room with shelves.

V1.3 Is a complete makeover of the exterior using the meshes Dongle 
made for me. Replaces Torii with MUCH better one. New textures for all 
exterior objects and bridge is now arched. Small change made to practice
dummy to prevent potential conflict with Abandoned Flat mod.
